FEES
M Conveyancing Fees
Selecting an experienced Conveyancer should involve consideration of not only the conveyancers fees but also the proficiency the Conveyancer brings to the transaction.
How do our conveyancers differ from others:
- Our conveyancers are available around the clock
- Our professional fees are fixed
- We communicate with you on a regular basis to keep you up to date with your property transaction
- We guide you through your transaction and no question is too silly to ask.
Our professional fees
Our fees are provided to you upfront before you engage our services. Our Fixed Base fee is for a standard conveyancing matter for a property with 1 title and no Owners Corporation. Payment of our fees is due at settlement unless you would like to make other arrangements in advance.
Fixed Fee Conveyancing
We offer fixed base fee conveyancing. This means we do not charge by the hour for a standard conveyancing transaction.
Disbursements
Disbursements are fees, expenses and charges incurred during the conveyancing process. Examples of disbursements include certificate searches such as a Title search, planning certificate, council certificate, water certificate, land tax certificate, company searches, and other costs should they arise.
Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) Fee
PEXA is the mandatory online settlement portal which allows settlements to be conducted electronically. PEXA charges a fee for each settlement.
